Mental Health Training & Workshops in Singapore

Psychology-grounded training that your people will actually use. Workshops, webinars, EAP, and advisory for workplaces, schools, and community groups, delivered by a psychotherapist who spent over a decade inside corporate life.

Most workplace mental health training falls into one of two traps: too clinical to feel relevant on a Tuesday afternoon, or too soft to survive a real deadline. The rarer middle ground takes the psychology seriously and translates it into moves a manager can make in the next one-to-one.

That is where I work. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent more than ten years in sales and management in finance, so I know what the pressure feels like from inside a KPI cycle. The training connects psychological insight to the practical: stronger communication, steadier teams, and leaders who understand their people.

The Programmes Organisations Ask For Most

Each programme is customised to your industry, your workforce mix, and what is actually happening in your teams.

Psychology at the Workplace

For managers of multi-generational teams. What is actually shaping how Gen Z and millennial colleagues think, feel, and work, and how to lead across those differences with less friction and more trust.

  • The psychology and life context behind generational differences
  • Adapting leadership and communication style by generation
  • Reducing friction and miscommunication in mixed teams

Conflict Resolution & Conflict Management

For leaders and people-managers. Two halves of one capability: resolving the live dispute in front of you, and building the ongoing habits and systems that stop the same tension from recurring.

  • Handling live interpersonal disputes constructively
  • Systems and habits for recurring workplace tension
  • Structured, psychologically safe conversations

Psychological Safety

For teams and their leaders. What psychological safety actually is, what quietly erodes it, and the practical moves that build a team where people raise problems early instead of managing appearances.

  • What safety looks like in meetings and feedback
  • The behaviours that build it, and the ones that break it
  • Speaking up without fear, disagreeing without damage

EAP and Wellbeing Advisory

A single workshop raises awareness. Lasting change comes from what an organisation does the other 364 days.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Confidential one-to-one support your employees can reach without going through HR. The organisation funds access; it never sees who used it or what was said. Reporting back is aggregated and de-identified only, alongside consultation for managers supporting a struggling team member.

Wellbeing advisory for HR

Sitting with HR to review policies and design wellbeing initiatives employees genuinely take up, introduced gradually into how the organisation already works rather than launched as a one-off campaign that fades by the next quarter.

Schools and community

Talks and workshops for students, educators, and parents: managing exam-season stress, understanding anxiety in young people, and emotional regulation skills. Adapted to the age group, in language young people do not roll their eyes at.

How an Engagement Works

It starts with a conversation, not a brochure. We talk through what is happening in your organisation or school and what you want your people to walk away able to do. From there I scope a proposal: programme, format, and group sizes matched to your context. Delivery is interactive and psychologically safe, with anonymised scenarios rather than personal disclosure. Afterwards, you receive an honest debrief of themes and recommendations, aggregated and de-identified, so the session becomes a starting point rather than a tick-box.

Questions Organisations Ask

Is this therapy for our employees?

No. Training builds skills and awareness; it is not clinical treatment, and participants are never put in a therapeutic spotlight. Where an organisation wants confidential one-to-one support for its people, that is what an Employee Assistance Programme is for, and the two work well together.

Can a programme be customised to our organisation?

Yes, and it should be. Examples, scenarios, and emphasis are tailored to your industry, workforce mix, and what is actually happening in your teams. A discovery conversation before any proposal is part of how I work.

What group sizes and formats work best?

Webinars carry the largest audiences, from 30 to 60 or more, and work well for awareness-level sessions. For real skills practice, in-person half-day to two-day workshops with around 20 participants go deeper. Larger in-person sessions are co-delivered with a second trainer so the room stays well held.

How does an EAP protect employee confidentiality?

Confidentiality is the foundation. Employees access support directly and privately; the organisation funds access but never receives identifiable information about who used it or what was discussed. Any reporting to the employer is aggregated and de-identified, in line with PDPA obligations.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is customised to group size, format, and scope, whether that is a single webinar, a workshop series, or a broader programme with EAP and advisory support. Get in touch with what you have in mind and I will put together a proposal.

Do you run sessions for schools?

Yes. I deliver talks and workshops for students, educators, and parents: managing stress through exam seasons, understanding anxiety in young people, and emotional regulation skills that hold up outside the classroom. Sessions are adapted to the age group and the school's context.
