After more than 10+ years in finance, I became a psychotherapist because I saw too many people struggling in silence.
My style is practical, collaborative, and grounded in both evidence-based and body-aware approaches. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and empowered.
A decade in the corporate world taught me what burnout really looks like, and why healing matters.
I spent over 10 years in sales and management roles in the finance industry. I had a front-row seat to the immense pressures professionals carry every day. Relentless targets, long hours, and the constant push to perform.
Over time, I noticed how many of us, myself included, became disconnected from our bodies and emotions. Burnout, anxiety, and depression were not just common; they were almost expected. Yet so few felt they could talk about it.
That realisation sparked my transition into psychotherapy. I wanted to combine my firsthand understanding of corporate pressure with somatic training, so I could help others reconnect with themselves and create holistic, lasting change.
